Sixty Vines Brings Wine Country to South Florida
Wine country inspired restaurant coming soon to Shops at Boca Center
BOCA RATON, Fla. (July 26, 2022) – Known as the winemaker’s restaurant, Sixty Vines is opening its first South Florida location this summer, delivering simple yet flavorful wine country cuisine paired with wines from its 60 sustainable taps. Sixty Vines reimagines wine culture to inspire adventure and discovery with a come-as-you-are environment. Guests are invited to “wine down” and explore varietals from the world’s best wine regions at the area’s popular retail and dining destination: the Shops at Boca Center.
Sixty Vines invites guests to experience abundance in true wine country fashion with plates perfect for sharing like charcuterie boards, seasonal proteins, pizzas, pastas and more. Guests can expect the freshest ingredients, many sourced locally, in the seasonally inspired menu that pairs beautifully with wine. Sixty Vine’s innovative bar program includes a curated list of wines on tap and by the bottle. By building personal relationships with many of the most revered winemakers in the world, Sixty Vines offers many exclusive wines in kegs in addition to cocktails and local beers on tap.
Uniquely known for its wine-on-tap program, Sixty Vines is where locals can sustainably sip wines by the flight, glass or reusable bottle. Each keg contains about 26 bottles of wine and will be reused to hold around 1,500 bottles in its life. The process ensures optimal taste by eliminating oxygen and maintaining proper temperatures; how it is served dramatically reduces the carbon footprint. Sixty Vines estimates it will save more than 50,000 bottles and corks from landfills in its first year of operation in Boca Raton.
“Serving wine on tap allows guests to enjoy the closest ‘from the barrel’ experience possible outside of the vineyard – just as the winemaker intended,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines, who has deep ties to the hospitality industry in South Florida. “We can’t wait to share our ‘pinkies down’ wine experience with Boca Raton.”
Located next to the covered valet station, the restaurant spans 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with an open kitchen, charcuterie bar, seating capacity for 355 guests, three private dining rooms, a wine garden patio and full bar.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sixty Vines into the diverse tenant mix at the Shops at Boca Center, to debut its truly unique ‘wine and dine’ experience in South Florida,” said Pippa Brown, General Manager of the Shops at Boca Center. “Now there is no need for locals to hop on a plane to enjoy the best of the great wine regions around the globe. It will all be right here… where they live, work and play.”
Sixty Vines will be located at the main entrance of the Shops at Boca Center, 5050 Town Center Circle in Boca Raton situated at the intersection of Town Center Circle and South Military Trail.
