“Seriously Strategic” Small Business Leaders Deliver Big

“As public relations and marketing professionals whose sole mission is to put other brands in the spotlight, we are deeply humbled to receive such coveted business spotlight,” shared KCOM-PR President & Chief Strategist Bonnie S. Kaye. “Jon and I are proud to join an impressive roster of past awardees, many of whose brands we have represented and/or collaborated with throughout our
27 years.”

Since its founding as a woman-owned business in 1996 by Bonnie Kaye, KCOM-PR has assisted businesses in a variety of industries, nonprofits and destination events to grow and dominate their respective marketplaces. Celebrating 25+ years of making indelible client and community impacts and imprints, the Kayes and their team provide “seriously strategic” communications counsel, develop original content, and activate multi-audience initiatives and campaigns for B2B, consumer and nonprofit brands. With expertise in public/private partnerships, they provide “think tank” insights, ideation, media relations and event production to create news-generating opportunities that amplify brand awareness, media/influencer storytelling, and impactful community relations.

KCOM-PR principals have intentionally made public/private partnerships a priority and cornerstone of their
day-to-day business operations. They introduced and activated this transformational insight in South Florida decades before it was adopted as a standard “best practice” of community engagement or corporate social responsibility. In doing so, as vested ‘community connecteursä’, they set the standard for greater community engagement, encouraging clients and businesses and nonprofits to follow suit.  They have successfully introduced and activated hundreds of business and nonprofit relationships, produced eight annual Boca Raton Mayors Balls (serving as co-chairs this year’s event) and the recent
“Concert-4-Kindness” at Florida Atlantic University, and conceived and have co-chaired 13 FAU College of Medicine’s White Coats-4-Care student scholarship fundraisers.

The Kayes: Respected Pillars of the Business Community

“Through their expertise, established relationships, hard work, diligence, and innovative news-generating strategies, the Kayes continue to elevate their company to greater heights, setting an inspiring example for aspiring entrepreneurs. They exemplify the spirit of what the Boca Chamber represents, and what drives our vibrant business community, ”shared Troy McLellan, president and CEO of the Boca Chamber.  Jon and Bonnie Kaye’s unwavering commitment, perseverance, and philanthropic support have made them pillars of the Boca Raton business community.”

Under Bonnie and Jon’s leadership, success at KCOM-PR has never been built on a single news release, brochure, blog, e-blast or ad…but rather driving dynamic, multi-pronged communications
and news-generating brand journalism supported by long-established strategic alliances and relationships.

“It has always been about creating or sharing a brand’s story in a way that excites news and feature media and resonates with its customers, prospects and those who influence them,” reports
KCOM-PR Chief Operations Officer & Chief Marketing Strategist Jon Kaye. KCOM-PR’s “build-to-suit” account teams work closely with clients to mutually set objectives. Then KCOM-PR identifies a brand’s DNA (dynamic news advantage), develops authentic messaging (they call it “writing right“), and stewards plan consistency in content, visual branding and community/influencer infusion.
